Were the survivors of TBI satisfied with the degree of coordination and cooperation they perceived existed between care-giving professionals and institutions?

A smaller cluster of participants rated the coordination they thought existed between agencies. A five-point scale consisting of no cooperation some cooperation, much cooperation, all cooperation, and no answer/not applicable was presented. The response rate for this series of questions was the lowest for any series of questions in the survey, the no answer category accounting for between 50% and 86% of the responses in each category. See Figure 12.
